Sometimes we can have one or more transmitters in the same cannel because the frequencies are very limited. If we register the collars automatically, the R2 RBT or R2 Finder will warn us when we have 2 collars in the same cannel. In that situation we advise to change the channel of one of the collars to avoid interferences.
After registering the collar, go to Menu > Collars, the list of the registered collars will appear. Select with the arrows “up and down” of the keyboard the collar whose frequency you want to change. For changing the channel of the collar go to Set up > ok > Change channel, introduce the new channel you want to assign and press ok.
From Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm GMT+1 (Madrid, Paris).
Friday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm
