It is normal that is happens. To connect the receiver to the feeder of the car, first you have to turn the receiver off, connect it to the car power and once connected, turn it on again. To disconnect the receiver from the car feeder you have to follow the same procedure.
(The car adapter is not included in the receiver)
From Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm GMT+1 (Madrid, Paris).
Friday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm
